Bentley Motors, Inc. (Bentley) is recalling certain 2017-2023 Bentayga vehicles. The fuel supply module wiring can overheat and melt the flange, resulting in a fuel leak.
Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy per NHTSA (as of 2026-08-27): Dealers will replace the flange and fuel supply module wiring, free of charge.

Consequence: A rearview camera screen that displays a blank image reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."
Consequence: If the seat belt is not properly secured in the event of a crash, the occupant will not be properly restrained, increasing their risk of injury.
