Lemon Squad publishes the lowest base price at $219 for a standard car inspection, $30 below our $249 Bronze tier. Vehicle Inspectors’ published difference is in the terms rather than the sticker: your card is authorized at booking but only charged once an independent inspector accepts the job, and you get a full automatic refund if nobody accepts within 72 hours. YourMechanic and WeGoLook do not publish a flat consumer price for a pre-purchase inspection at all.
