What’s inspected at each tier
Every inspection delivers a photo-documented report. Deeper tiers add diagnostic, mechanical, and authentication checks.
included at this tier · added at Gold · not every listed check applies to every vehicle type.
Who’s inspecting your vehicle
Every inspector in the VehicleInspectors network is ASE-certified, independently licensed, and carries their own liability insurance. We verify credentials annually.
Certification
ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) certification required. Most of our roster holds Master Technician (A1–A9) or category-specialist certs.
Insurance
Every inspector carries commercial general liability ($1M), commercial auto ($300K), and errors & omissions ($500K) coverage.
Independence
Inspectors are independent contractors, not dealership employees. They have no financial interest in whether you buy the vehicle — only in telling you the truth.
Your assigned inspector’s name, company, phone, email, and ASE cert appear on your report and in your tracking page. No pseudonyms.
